Michelle, cruelly quashed Cal's best efforts and insisted that if he did not do something different, she would go on strike.  While Cal was prepared to cope without a boss, he knew he would not be able to cope without her filling her more essential responsibilities.

Before you are the results of Michelle's cruelty.

P.S.: The reputation of no team member should be impugned by the development of this website.  It is the sole responsibility of Michelle and her heartless blackmail of Cal.

P.P.S.:  Michelle grudgingly accepted Cal's arguments of creative freedom over whether or not he could keep the dancing coffee cups, this provided he publically absolve her of any responsibility.  She also requires him to so absolve her of referring to himself in the third person.  He does.
